- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be longer.

- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- International Orders: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, [J&A] is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged package and item.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
